1. Service Description
TLO Intelligence provides a digital revenue audit engine that analyzes websites and business digital presence to identify potential revenue leaks. Our reports combine live website analysis with industry-specific heuristic models to provide estimated revenue gap projections.
2. Account Terms
You must create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate contact information.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Audit limits reset at the beginning of each billing period.
4. Audit Reports Disclaimer
Revenue gap estimates and audit scores are projections based on heuristic analysis and publicly available website data. They should not be considered financial advice. Actual revenue impact may vary based on numerous factors not captured by our models. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making business decisions based on our reports.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse our services, including excessive automated requests, attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineering our audit algorithms, or using our service to harass or spam others.
6. Intellectual Property
The audit engine, algorithms, reports, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of TLO Intelligence. White-label reports generated under your subscription may be presented under your brand name per your subscription tier permissions.
7. Limitation of Liability
TLO Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
